Design and deliver the school's inaugural College Board AP Business with Personal Finance course from scratch to four cohorts of 100+ Chinese ELL students, building a full 143-lesson curriculum, pacing guide, and assessment bank aligned to the Course and Exam Description under a compressed 40-minute-period schedule.

Develop language-scaffolded instruction and CED-aligned assessments for English language learners, including sentence-frame protocols for AP free-response writing, case-study lesson design, and calibrated marking standards, and use per-section quiz data to target reteaching and student advising.

Design and facilitate immersive, interactive English language workshops for students aged 15-21 to build spoken fluency, confidence, and measurable language outcomes.

Provide targeted in-class speaking support and mentor students in preparing for formal academic assessments, mock interviews, and project presentations.

Foster a dynamic English-speaking campus environment by coordinating cultural events, facilitating extracurricular language groups, and coaching students on assignments.
